The Priceless London website was launched in 2012 as part of a global initiative for Mastercard, focusing on experiences enjoyed in the world's major cities. In addition to consulting on the partnerships formed to enable the site content, I devised the promotional strategy for the website, using clear calls to action and a simple customer journey to implement 400+ promotions. With many years of experience drafting terms and conditions, I also oversaw all the legals, developing an efficient process for reviewing and approving in consideration of the rapid global growth of the programme.
