Priority is O2’s way to give their customers exclusive experiences and perks. Everything found in the app is a personal invitation to kick-start a moment that helps customers feel more alive. Over the course of three years, I led integrated teams to deliver this award-winning loyalty programme to 5M+ customers. Together we strategically implemented 1,000+ powerful brand partnerships and significantly increased both customer trust and likelihood to switch from competitors. During this time, I led the effort to redefine Priority’s proposition with a new marketing strategy focused on revised customer segments. This work culminated in the largest ATL campaign for Priority in the previous five years. I am also proud to have designed a customer incentive programme which engaged 800k+ people and reactivated 220k lapsed customers in under a week.
